OneDrive not Syncing?

Sometimes the cloud storage connection can become disconnected, usually as a result of the very first back taking a long time before the first sync can then take place.


You can follow these steps here to re-enable the connection.


Step 1.

Go to OPTIONS/Cloud Storage

Step 2.

Click on the 'disable Cloud Storage Integration'

Step 3.

Click on the 'enable Cloud Storage Integration' and follow the prompts to authenticate again if you are not currently logged into OneDrive

Wait for 24hrs for the next Sync to take place. If it is still not working, please contact support through creating a ticket here.
