Selecting a Bank Direct Debit as your payment method

Introduction

You can now select to pay by Direct Debit using our payment partner GoCardless (also a Xero partner for Direct Debit) if you do not wish to use a credit card.


Steps

  1. Login to your Control-C account  - backup.control-c.com
  2. Select the Control Panel service
  3. Click on your Profile Icon and select 'Billing and Subscription'

4. Click on Add Now under the Direct Debit option...

5. Click Payment Methods

  • Click on Direct Debit tab

  • Click 'Pay with GOCARDLESS' and follow the wizard to complete the setup.
